We process orders directly from our Stanford-le-Hope store to ensure fast, reliable delivery right to your door.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), and all orders are dispatched from our UK store in Stanford-le-Hope. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from our UK-based store. We do not use overseas fulfillment warehouses.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout:
Standard UK Delivery: £6.99 (Flat Rate applied to all orders)
3. Delivery Time frames
To give you the most accurate delivery estimate, our shipping process operates on the following schedule:
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next operating day.
Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders are not processed on UK public holidays.
Transit Time: 3 to 5 days via Royal Mail or DPD
Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 7 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your pet’s supplies leave our shop, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel’s progress through to delivery.
5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please carefully verify your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving delivery issues.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, a £6.99 re-delivery fee will apply to send it out again.
6. Order Issues (Missing or Damaged Items)

7. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled, but the customer may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
